The staff were lovely and friendly. Best and top location in the area, right under the trees next to the reception building. It's so close to shops, Bowentown, and eateries.

Fairly clean place with especially helpful and fantastic friendly staff and stunning view of the ocean. Romantic deluxe bungalow, very clean beds. Location right by two other interesting beaches, office & communal areas and a good coffee shop.

the location is marvellous and amazing, with nearby beach and transport options. the room was fabulous, reasonably large, and had smoke detectors for our safety.

We had a really chill time during our visit. the spot was awesome, close to the town, the main beach, and the staff were super nice and friendly. 😊.

This place is right on the beachfront with a marvellous location, and the apartment I stayed in was compact, modern, and had a great view.

Great ocean and river views from the room, with easy access to a beautiful beach. The staff was very friendly on arrival and the fish and chips were tasty.

The price for the basic room was quite high, with additional charges for bedding. The room was small and basic, with no real amenities.

I recently stayed at a beachside studio dwelling in a motor camp near Waihi. The location was amazing, just a short walk from the beautiful beach. The unit itself was new and well-maintained, with a lovely outdoor deck and nicely landscaped surroundings. The kitchenette was well-organized, and although the floor space was a bit cramped with luggage, the sitting area inside was cozy. Despite the small bathroom and unscreened windows attracting mosquitoes at dusk, I enjoyed my stay overall. The staff was polite and helpful, providing us with extra linen without any hassle. The peaceful and secluded atmosphere made it a perfect getaway. I would definitely recommend this accommodation option.

Our weekend getaway at a family cabin near a beach was enjoyable. We appreciate the clean and well-equipped bathroom provided. the location was peaceful with ample opportunities for swimming and strolling on the nearby beach. Despite being basic, the cabin came at an affordable price and was well-maintained, offering necessary amenities.

The shopping facilities were quite far away and required much driving to purchase basic items.

The facilities offered were great, including the communal kitchen. the proximity to the beach was perfect for an evening walk and watching the sunset was an amazing experience. the location was also excellent, with easy driving access to nearby towns and attractions.
